This page is dedicated to the Buick community who helped me find a good Cat to bring downunder. I'd like to thank all the great people who responded to my requests to inspect 65 and 66 Wildcats all over the USA in the middle of winter and one in Australia. Those who kept alerting me when they came up on eBay.
Model 1966 Buick Wildcat Convertible (series 46467) After 6 months of serious searching and either missing out or rejected 5 others, finally a solid one came along in May 2004 that nobody knew was available. I placed an ad in the BCA magazine and had just one reply and this was the car from Arizona. It just needs some tidying up of the interior and some rally wheels are going on soon. It's a very original car with only 103K miles and was still registered and in service up until May when it left the USA. It has a 401 motor and drives like a dream. It should be a great cruiser for our lovely balmy nights in Sydney. |
