MAKO Marketing and it's participating virtual store owners provide their services 
to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at mako.com.au, 
you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.  Electronic 
Communications
 When you visit mako.com.au or send e-mails to us or participating virtual-store 
owners, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications 
from us and/or store owners electronically in return. You agree that all agreements, 
notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically 
satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

   If you cancel an order before it has been shipped there is a 3% fee of the total 
  including shipping cost to cover the Merchant Fees charged to us which we cannot 
  recover from your bank.Enjoy shopping by browsing our site. Normally, we tear out or circle interesting 
  items in a paper catalogue, online you just click the "add to basket" button 
  after you decide to order a product.  All items you choose are stored in 
  an electronic shopping basket that goes with you as you continue to browse through 
  the products. Shipping costs will be added when you complete the delievry address. 
  Of course you can add to and take away from your basket as much as you like... 
  it's just an easy way to remember which items you saw and liked.  By clicking 
  "View Basket" at any time, you can confirm the contents and value of your electronic 
  basket. Why don't you have a play just for fun, there's nothing you can harm 
  and you'll become familiar with our system...  How 
  do I actually place an online order?
 Placing an order for items in your shopping basket is easy.  Every step 
  of the process we will show you exactly what you are buying and how much it 
  will cost... there are no hidden charges. From the "View Basket" area, you will 
  have every opportunity to change your mind or cancel your order. Simply click 
  on the "+" or "-" sign to increase or decrease the quantity of each product 
  shown. To delete a product click the RED X delete link. Now you are ready to 
  place your order!  The 
  following is a step-by-step description of the process:
 Click on the "View Basket" button at the top or bottom left corner and you will 
  then see the contents of your shopping basket.  If you are ready to buy, 
  click "Proceed To Checkout", this will take you to a "customer detail" page 
  where you are asked to complete your name,
 billing address and contact details. Your country is VERY IMPORTANT as this 
  will help the system calculate the correct shipping cost... anywhere in the 
  world. Click on the "continue" button and this will take you to a second delivery 
  address option in case you are sending the products to a different address as 
  a gift or a safer delivery address.
 If the delivery address is the same as your address click the "same as customer" 
  button... this will take you to a secure, encrypted page in order to safeguard 
  your credit card details.  You can pay for the goods with either a Visacard 
  or Mastercard. When everything is complete just click the "Continue" button 
  to check the details of your order. At this stage you can still review and change 
  or cancel your order. If you are happy with the total cost including the shipping, 
  click "Place Order" button. You will receive an automatic email, confirming 
  the total which will be billed to your credit card and and the merchant names 
  and contact details of the participating virtual-store owners you have purchased 
  goods from. We suggest you print it out to keep a record. Is 
  ordering online safe?
 Using a credit card online is very safe... it is actually safer than using it 
  over the phone! Our Credit Card page utilises the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 
  encryption technology so that no unauthorised parties can see any of the information 
  that you trasmit. We remove copies of all orders including credit card details 
  from the server daily! NB. The usual padlock to show it's a secure site will 
  not function on sites that use a frame design like mako.com.au. You can still 
  verify the secure certificate by "Right Mouse Clicking" the centre of the page 
  once you have gone to "checkout" and started entering your name and address 
  details. Then click view "Properties".
 
 Mako Marketing's Security Guarantee:
 Our secure server software encrypts your credit card number, name and address. 
  The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into 
  code that is then securely transmitted over the Internet. In the event of unauthorised 
  use of your credit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges 
  that result from unauthorised use of your credit card, or may limit your liability 
  to just $50.00. mako.com.au will cover your liability up to a maximum of $50.00 
  provided that the unauthorised use of your credit card resulted through no fault 
  of your own from purchases made at mako.com.au while using the secure server. 
  Your credit card details are stored in an encrypted format inaccesible from 
  the internet. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must 
  notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
 
 What if I'm not happy with my 
  purchase?
 Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We're not happy until you are. We offer a 14 
  day money guarantee on most purchases. (Personalised or custom-made products 
  are excluded, unless the error was caused by the supplier)
 Before returning an item always contact us.
 
 Are all products processed together?
 Usually all items ordered will be delivered together, unless you are notified 
  otherwise by email.
 Billing Your Credit Card
 Mako Marketing may not necessarily appear on your statement. Your credit card 
  will be billed directly by the participating virtual-store owner. You will receive 
  an email receipt within seconds of completing your online order, notifying you 
  of the merchant name/s which will appear on your credit card statement, based 
  on the items purchased.
 
 How long will delivery take? 
   Within Australia it will usually take 3 - 7 
  working days and overseas countries only marginally longer, because all overseas 
  orders are shipped by air mail or courier. PLEASE NOTE: personalised and made-to-order 
  products (such as sway bars) can take extra time but you will see this on the 
  product pages for that item.
